Product series and three solutions

DB A20 series
This ecology-friendly wiring-saving system saves space and reduces resource use and cost. It is optimized for high-speed, long-distance transmission.

Bitty series
Ideal for small-scale systems and those distributed across a small number of points, the Bitty series creates a flexible sensor network incorporating a small-scale terminal handling one, two or four sensors.
In addition to conventional I/O terminals, this series offers the following three solutions.

Mapping sensor terminal
At production sites for flat panel displays, the glass substrates used in the products grow larger with each product generation. Sensing of these substrates is critical for the success of each production process.
AnyWire mapping sensors enable high-performance sensing with reduced wiring.

Foolproof terminals
AnyWire’s foolproof systems are revolutionizing the production floor.
In multi-model, small-lot production, systems for rapid and accurate picking of a vast array of parts is essential. AnyWire systems perform these tasks at low cost and with simple configuration.

Sensor Linker
The Bitty series enables reduction of wiring of up to 256 points with just two cores, using general-purpose electrical wiring. The series flexibly responds to today’s increasing number of sensor points in industrial robots.
Sensor Linker is the smallest I/O terminal in the Bitty series.
